The Energy Chemical industry sectors include specific industries such as Oil Gas,Coal, Power Utilities, and Chemicals. Its content and analytics providesinformation and analysis on millions of wells, pipeline miles, and regulatoryand mineral rights documents, as well as information on oil and gas fields,basins, and operating assets and thousands of power and industrial plants. Itscontent and analytics also provides data for manufacturing processes, as wellas capital expenditure, cost, price, production, trade, demand, and capacityindustry analysis and forecasts. In transportation segment it serves the fullautomotive value chain with a focus on original equipment manufacturers (OEMs),parts suppliers, and dealers. It provides authoritative analysis and forecastsof sales and production for light vehicles, medium and heavy commercialvehicles, powertrain, components, and technology systems across all markets. Italso provides performance measurement tools and marketing solutions for carmakers, dealers, and agencies. Its M T content and analytics providecomprehensive data on close to 200,000 ships over 100 gross tons, as well asmonthly import and export statistics on more than 80 countries and tracking andforecasting more than 90 percent of international trade by value. In CMS segment, the Product Designsolutions provide technical professionals with the information and insightrequired to more effectively design products, complete engineering projects,solve technical problems, and address complex supply chain challenges. Its Product Design offerings include content andanalysis on millions of engineering and technical standards, codes, specifications,handbooks, reference books, journals, and other scientific and technicaldocuments, as well as software-based engineering decision engines forinnovation, productivity, and quality. The TMT solutions service the entiretechnology value chain, including components and devices, telecom analytics,and end market intelligence.
